Users and extra users
Every plan includes one user — the company administrator. Every user after that is added separately and priced by how deep into the system they go. That way the whole company gets access without paying full price for people who never open a module.
Module user — €10 / month
Works inside the modules: accounting, sales and purchase invoices, warehouse, HR and payroll. The price applies per user added on top of the one included in your plan.
Self-service user — €1 / month
Sees only their own things: logs work time, submits leave requests and expense reports, views their own payslip. No module access.
All plans include Estonian tax-compliant accounting, sales and purchase invoicing, e-invoice support, automatic VAT returns and the private AI assistant — AI is not a paid add-on. Base fits companies with up to 10 employees; from 10 employees the right choice is Pro, which adds HR and payroll with no employee limit. Max adds warehouse management and time tracking. Ultra is for organisations that need on-premise installation, unlimited users and a dedicated support contact — its scope and price are agreed separately.
